Is this the same as a business/investor visa?

This covers work and employment permit coordination, the permit that lets a foreign investor or employee legally work in the business day to day. Is the price per person or per company?

Per person. Every foreign national who will work in the Namibian business, whether an investor themselves or a staff member being relocated, needs their own permit and their own N$12,000 coordination fee.

What does the N$12,000 include?

Coordination of the medical certificate, radiological (chest X-ray) certificate, police clearance certificate, power of attorney preparation, and lodgement of the full application with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration and Safety.

How long does a work permit take to be granted?

This depends on the permit category and current Home Affairs processing volumes, and is genuinely outside our control. What we control is submitting a complete, correctly documented application the first time.
